Connect your WHMCS billing system to automatically synchronize your hosting packages, specifications, and prices directly to the HostingSewa marketplace.
1Addon Installation Steps
Download the Sync Addon
Start by downloading our official WHMCS product sync plugin module zip file.
Download Module (ZIP)Upload to WHMCS Directory
Extract the downloaded ZIP package. Upload the entire hostingsewasync folder to your WHMCS server directory at:
Activate the Module
Log in to your WHMCS admin area and navigate to:
Configuration → System Settings → Addon Modules (or Setup → Addon Modules on older WHMCS versions).
Locate HostingSewa Product Sync, click Activate, then click Configure.
Enter API Configuration
Copy the credentials from your HostingSewa Vendor Dashboard and paste them into the WHMCS Addon fields:
https://api.hostmario.com/api/v1/whmcs/syncMake sure to check the access permissions checkbox to grant your admin users access, then click Save Changes.
Initiate Initial Sync
Go to the WHMCS top menu Addons → HostingSewa Product Sync. Choose which products or product groups you want to sync, and press Sync Now. Your plans will show up instantly on HostingSewa!
2How to generate your API Key
You need an API key to securely link WHMCS to your HostingSewa account. Follow these steps to obtain it:
- Log in to your account at HostingSewa Vendor Dashboard.
- Click on the WHMCS Integration tab on the sidebar.
- If you don't have an API key yet, click Generate API Key.
- Copy the key. You can rotate this key at any time for security, but make sure to update your WHMCS addon configs after doing so.
